We understand from our customers that the delivery charges may seem high for some items that can be sent out in the postal system for less. Please take into account that all items we send are dispatched through a fully tracked courier system to minimise the number of items that can go missing through the postal system. This not only helps us when locating a delivery, but also allows our customers to see where their parcel is at a given time, and helps clear up any problems that arise from delivery queries quickly. These prices are also subsidised by us from the charges quoted to us by our couriers, and we do not make any financial gain from these.All delivery charges exclude VAT. Should you be purchasing from zones C, D or E, we can offer better postage rates on orders with a total weight under 2Kg. If this is the case, please call our sales team on 0843 289 3776.
Although the majority of orders are dispatched within 24 hours, please allow 5 working days for delivery. If you require items by a certain date, please call our sales team who will help ensure you receive your delivery on time. If an item is out of stock we will inform you and ask whether you would like us to send out what we have in stock, or if you would like it all sent out in one go. There may be an extra charge liable if you require more than one delivery.
We use a number of couriers depending upon the location and weight of your package. Most packages are sent through UK Mail or City-Link, although from time to time we also may use DHL, TNT, DPD, Interparcel, Fedex and Parcelforce. We may send smaller items through Royal Mail Special Delivery if it helps you receive your order quicker. Should you prefer, you may also arrange for your own courier to collect from us. (Please select the collection option during checkout for this. We will let you know when your order is packed and ready to be collected. This option also will not be insured for any losses or damage during delivery).
Should the incorrect delivery method be selected, we will contact you, and your order will be held until the correct charge has been paid.
Our pricing has recently changed, as have our delivery locations and terms. We offer to deliver our products throughout the UK, Europe, and North America, although not Asia. Deliveries are usually completed through a national courier and have full tracking availability. We may also send smaller items through Royal Mail, in order to speed up the delivery process. Please note that delivery charges to some areas are mostly dependant upon weight and size, and to place your order outside of the UK mainland you will need to contact a member of a sales team on 0843 289 3776. Please be aware that deliveries outside of the UK may take in excess of a week to be dispatched while all checks on the order details are completed.
