 | Ear Protection
Every effort should be taken to protect your ears from unnecessary damage due to noise which is often irrepairable. Ear protectors should always comply with EN352-1 (protecting the whole ear), or EN352-2 (ear plugs which insert comfortably into the ear canal). Never wear these when swimming or diving, or pre-used by someone else). |

| Eye Protection
Always remember the general rule to wear goggles where there could be flying chips or dust prticles which may damage the eyes. A full face shield will help protect the face and neck in jobs where liquids and sprays could cause dermatitis. |

 | Gloves
The hand is the area of the body most likely to be injured in an accident so be on guard against trapping points, sharp edges and projections on machines. Appropriate gloves can be selected from our range and should always be worn when working with chemicals or solvents, or when lifting or loading equipment. |

 | Hand Cleaners
Hand cleaners are a great producxt to have around at all times as you never know when you may need to clean yourself from oil and grease. These products are ideal for a quick clean to prevent the spread of grease onto other surfaces. |

 | Helmets
Helmets protect against falling objects. Remember to wer helmets in areas where its use is obligatory, when working under other structures or, for instance, underneath vehicles. Inspect all helmets for damage, ie chips or cracks, etc, regulary. Replace the helmet with a new one if any damage is found. The common standard is BS 5250/EN397. |

 | Hi-Viz Clothing
When wearing hi-viz clothing, these should be sufficiently close fitting without restricting movement. Loose ends of clothing (ie ties and belts) must be tucked in to avoid catching in moving machinery. Do not wear oil-saturated clothing, this may lead to skin conditions that require medical attention. |

 | Knee Pads
Knee pads should be used to help relieve pressure when kneeling on the ground, especially on uneven surfaces. |

 | Safety Signs
Our rigid plastic signs are manufactured from 1mm thick PVC and are easily punched or drilled. Suitable for both internal and external applications. The self adhesive backed gloss PVC vinyl signs and labels are suitable for application to smooth dry surfaces. They are ideally suited for use indoors. PLease ensure that you have the correct work boots for your working situations. Work boots all have different specifications (ir steel toe, antistatic, penetration resistance. Work boots that meet requirements also do not have vat added. |
